# PRD: All-Terrain Manual Mobility Vehicle (Version 1.0)

## 🎯 Vision
To provide absolute independence for those with mobility challenges, allowing them to traverse multi-story buildings and rough outdoor terrain without relying on electric power.

## ⚙️ Key Mechanical Systems

### 1. Tri-Star Wheel Cluster
- **Objective:** Step over obstacles (15cm - 20cm height).
- **Design Constraint:** Must be compact enough to fit standard residential door clearances (80cm).
- **Material:** Aluminum 6061 for strength/weight ratio.

### 2. Rowing-Lever Drive
- **Objective:** Convert upper-body "pull" motion into 300%+ torque compared to standard rims.
- **Linkage:** Dual-reciprocating rowing arms with high-precision silent **Sprag-Clutch** hubs.

### 3. All-Terrain Suspension
- **Mechanism:** Passive Hydraulic Pendulum.
- **Leveling Angle:** Compensate up to 45 degrees of chassis pitch.
- **Damping:** Adjustable hydraulic struts to prevent "swinging" during sudden stops.
- **Locking:** Manual "Lock-in-Place" lever for level-ground high-speed travel.

### 4. Safety & Governance
- **Self-Righting:** Frame must be lower-heavy to prevent rollover.
- **Braking:** Dual-redundant disc brakes on both Tri-Star clusters.

## 📈 Prototyping Roadmap
1. `V0.1`: Geometric Validation and Tri-Star clearance simulation [**COMPLETE**].
2. `V0.2`: Material Sourcing and Rowing Linkage CAD [**ACTIVE**].
3. `V1.0`: Full assembly with hydraulic leveling.
